Dr. Krishna N. Kulkarni is a distinguished technocrat holding Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering with a Doctorate in Geology in progress. He has served as a member of the Board of Studies in Chemical Engineering at Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum and SDM College of Engineering & Technology, Dharwad.

With extensive experience across industrial, research, and marketing sectors, Dr. Kulkarni has contributed numerous technical papers to national and international journals. His industrial experience includes roles at Standard Alkali (Mumbai), Berger Paints (Mumbai), Reliance Petroleum (Surat), Biocon (Bangalore), and SME Vivada Chemicals (Dharwad).

As a serial entrepreneur, the current organization is the fourth founded under his leadership. He was recognized with the Young Entrepreneur Award on May 29, 1999, presented jointly by the District Industries Center, ASCENT, and Rotary International.

Ms. Hema K. Kulkarni is a science graduate with a B.Sc. in Electronics. She began her entrepreneurial journey by establishing Savita Chemicals, a small enterprise specializing in de-mineralized water, before joining the family business M/s Kit-Lab where she headed the Accounts Department under the guidance of Sri N.K. Kulkarni, the organization's founder.

As Director of Finance, she manages the company's financial operations along with legal and business development regulatory requirements. She was selected for the prestigious "10,000 Women Entrepreneur Program" by Goldman Sachs, conducted at ISB Hyderabad, where she was recognized for the Best Business Plan.

Ms. Kulkarni was also chosen for the Business Advisory Services (BAS) program in 2014, a distinction awarded to only 1 in 18,000 women scholars. Her continued association with ISB supports her efforts in further business development and growth.

Smt. Savita N. Kulkarni is a distinguished professional with a Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the prestigious J.J. School of Architecture, Mumbai. Throughout her career, she has successfully completed numerous architectural projects demonstrating her expertise and vision.

Together with her husband Sri N.K. Kulkarni, she co-founded M/s Kit-Lab, an organization that pioneered the trading and manufacturing of chemicals in North Karnataka, being the only such enterprise in the region at that time.

Currently serving as Director in the organization, she provides valuable guidance and strategic direction, leveraging her rich experience and insights to steer the company toward continued growth and success.
